Friends’ Annual Event and Orchestral Concert

On the evening of Saturday May 19th 2012, The Friends of Kampala Music School annual event is combining with the 10th Anniversary Appeal, by holding an Orchestral Concert at All Souls Church, Langham Place, London W1.

The programme will include a Beethoven Piano Concerto played by Ivan Kiwuwa and Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto played by Claire Hawkes. David Macdonal will be conducting the orchestra of professional players.

Even with this fantastic concert and all the events planned and donations given, there is still a very long way to go with the appeal. It is now easy to donate by visiting the Friends of Kampala Music School Justgiving Page

To enable Kampala Music School to accommodate more students, it is moving from its cramped premises in the rented basement of the YMCA building in Kampala to a much-needed new home.
